Chef first met Shannon Smith (of Beads and Basil) as a guest in his dining room. A passionate world traveler and cook, she would stop by periodically to drop off rare ingredients from her travels and talk food. After several multi-course meals at her home, I became determined we needed to cook together at The Reserve. Fortunately, she has carved some time out of the busiest schedule ever to come cook for you!
